This is one of my favorite breakfasts.  It is so easy to make and full of all the nutrients I need for a great start to my day.    I use a Vitamix but this smoothie can be made in a standard blender.  You may just need to blend it a little longer to get it smooth.

In a blender place:

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 banana

1 cup frozen blueberries

3 cups fresh spinach

Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

Makes 24 oz.
