1/2 cup plain yogurt, dairy or nondairy
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1 banana, sliced and frozen
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Handful of ice
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend well until smooth.
