Ingredients

1 14 ounce can fire roasted tomatoes with green chilis
1/2 white onion, diced
1 jalapeño, seeds removed and diced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
Juice from 1 lime
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend on medium until well combined.
- Store salsa in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
