Restaurant-Style Blender Salsa

This restaurant-style blender salsa couldn’t be easier to make. I typically have all of the ingredients on hand and it only takes 5 minutes to throw together. Everyone loves it and is impressed that it is “homemade”.

Ingredients

1 14 ounce can fire roasted tomatoes with green chilis

1/2 white onion, diced

1 jalapeño, seeds removed and diced

2 cloves garlic, chopped

1/4 cup fresh cilantro

Juice from 1 lime

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon cumin

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend on medium until well combined.
  3. Store salsa in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
