Ingredients

1 cup fresh or bottled coconut water, chilled
3 cups fresh or frozen pineapple
1 lime, rind removed
3 cups fresh spinach
1 cup fresh cilantro
1/2 avocado
1 handful of ice, optional

2. Blend well until smooth
