Coconut Yogurt Chia Pudding

  1. 16 oz. plain coconut yogurt
  2. 1 cup almond or coconut milk
  3. 1/3 cup chia seeds
  4. 3 Tablespoons maple syrup
  5. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  6. Fresh berries
  7. Raw cacao nibs



  1. Place the yogurt, almond or coconut milk, chia seeds, maple syrup and vanilla in a large glass jar.
  2. Mix until thoroughly combined and chia seeds are not clumped together.
  3. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Once the pudding has thickened, scoop a serving into a bowl.
  5. Top with fresh berries and raw cacao nibs.
  6. Coconut Yogurt Chia Pudding can be stored in an airtight container for up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
