Ingredients
Scale
1/2 cup tahini
1/4–1/2 cup water
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 cloves of garlic, minced
3/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp cumin
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a small food processor or blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Adjust the amount of water to achieve desired consistency.
- Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
