Lemon Garlic Tahini Sauce

 

Tahini is a traditional Middle Eastern sauce made from ground toasted sesame seeds. Adding a few flavorful ingredients to it creates a delicious and versatile condiment. This Lemon Garlic Tahini Sauce is tasty as a salad dressing or dip. It is also lovely drizzled over grilled meats, roasted vegetables, and grain bowls. The recipe calls for simple ingredients, takes very little time, and will elevate any dish.

Lemon Garlic Tahini Sauce

  • Yield: 1 cup 1x

Ingredients

Scale

1/2 cup tahini

1/41/2 cup water

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

2 cloves of garlic, minced

3/4 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp cumin

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a small food processor or blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Adjust the amount of water to achieve desired consistency.
  4. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
