Ingredients

1 cup homemade or good quality mayonnaise

2/3 cup chopped dill pickles: I like Grillo’s brand

1 TBSP fresh chopped dill

1 TBSP fresh lemon juice

1/4 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a small bowl and combine.
  2. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  3. Store any leftovers in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
