Decrystallizing honey

Decrystallizing honey

Crystalized honey is completely edible and can be used the same way as liquid honey. But if you want a soother texture for a recipe, it is easy to return it to the liquid state. Place your container of honey in a larger bowl or pot of hot water. Let it sit for five minutes then remove the jar and stir the honey. Repeat until the honey has returned to a liquid consistency, adding fresh hot water as needed.
