Keeping drinks cold
When serving a large batch of lemonade or cocktails to a group, it can be difficult to keep it cold for the duration of the gathering. Since adding regular ice will water the beverage down, I like to make large ice cubes of the drink beforehand then add them to the dispenser when serving. I use the large freezing trays intended for soups.
