Mixing separated nut butter
The best way to mix natural nut butters when they separate is with a hand mixer. Add one of the beater attachments to the hand mixer. Grip the nut butter jar firmly and press the beater into the jar. Start mixing on low and increase to medium until well blended. Turn the mixer off before removing it from the jar.
