These blood orange margaritas are one of my favorite cocktails to make in the winter. The deep ruby color is gorgeous, and I love the hint of raspberry flavor in the fruit. Blood oranges are in season during the winter months, and this refreshing drink will help transport you to a warmer climate. This drink is equally as delicious without the tequila too. For a mocktail, substitute non-alcoholic tequila or club soda for the tequila. To adapt for vegan substitute agave for the honey in the syrup.
