This Kiwi Green Smoothie is clean and refreshing with a sweet and tart flavor. The kiwis are high in fiber and have a large dose of vitamin C as well as other immune-boosting nutrients. Kiwis are also known to aid in digestion. The additional sweetness from the green grapes covers any earthy taste from the greens. Drinking this healthy and delicious smoothie is a delightful way to start the day.

3 cups filtered water

5 kiwis, peeled

3 cups green grapes

1/3 lemon, rind removed

3 oz spinach

3 oz kale

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend well until smooth.
  3. Serves 2-3.
