This is my go-to smoothie for after a workout or to drink as a meal on the go. It is full of unprocessed natural plant-based proteins, fats, and fiber. The blueberries add a healthy dose of antioxidants without adding too much sugar. I like to make a large batch so I can keep extra in the refrigerator for a few days. This recipe makes 4 smoothies, but can easily be scaled down. Enjoy!
